Process-oriented psychology

An approach that looks for meaning and wisdom in challenges, symptoms, conflicts, or coincidences that wants to show up and be acknowledged. Bringing awareness and mindfulness to everyday life is important, but also to the topics of diversity, marginalization and power. I use this approach in my work with individuals, couples, and groups.

Emotion-focused therapy

A modality that has a strong research background and focuses on working with painful emotions and vulnerability. Using this approach, I help clients access painful emotions, but also compassion, protective emotions and assertiveness. I use it in my work with individuals and couples.

Couple counselling
In my work with couples, I use the Emotion Focused Therapy and Process Oriented Psychology approaches. In sessions, we work with the couple to try to uncover the dysfunctional mechanisms that are taking place between the partners. We name this mechanism, recognize its roots, uncover sensitivities and vulnerabilities, and create a new type of relating to each other.
Feeding your demons

A method adapted for Western society from the original teachings of Tibetan mystic Machig Labdron by contemporary American teacher and author Lama Tsultrim Allione. It is a powerful transformational tool at the intersection of psychology and spirituality that can be used to uncover and understand psychological difficulties and themes such as anxiety, anger, fear, relational or physical difficulties. I will guide you through the 5-steps of this technique using active imagery. The session lasts 90 min and is suitable for individuals only.

Systemic constellations

A method that reveals dynamics and relationships in systems (e.g. families, groups, etc.). If the dynamics reveal that there has been some wounding, stuckness, trauma, it is possible to act healingly on the system to influence the processing of the topic. I am happy to guide you through the constellations individually or in a group.

Integration of psychedelic experience
I will be happy to guide you through the integration of the experience of altered states of consciousness into your daily life. You may have encountered experiences that were surprising, painful, or conversely, very empowering and developmental. These experiences can become part of your life journey in a way that gives it meaning and depth, and that is exactly what we will try to do in our consultations together.
Psychotherapy in nature
We humans are part of nature and our relationship to it is reflected in our being and experiencing. Therefore, I invite you to work on yourself also in the environment of nature, while walking in Považský Inovec around Piešt'any or in the hills of Rača in Bratislava. Connecting with nature is an added factor that will promote therapeutic change in clients, allow them to experience themselves in connection with all living things around them, expose clients to the unknown, unpredictable, uncontrollable element of nature, and allow them to experience themselves in a new way, in a new framework. Or we will just walk, be silent and perceive.
Psychological preparation for childbirth

The period of pregnancy can be seen as a transformative journey full of promise, but also of risks and limitations. If you are interested in the overlap of your pregnancy, come and take a look at the spiritual and psychological dimension of this period. Together we can address themes of trust, fear, working with pain, self-worth, caring, death (real or symbolic), and more. With childbirth, a child comes into the world, but in doing so, the woman becomes a mother and the couple becomes a family. Treat yourself to support along the way and connect with the deep meaning of this journey.

Workshop on the topic of boundaries "How to say NO"

Do you have difficulty saying "no" to others or articulating your needs?
Does it happen to you that others cross your boundaries?

For many of us, setting our own boundaries is associated with anxiety and insecurity. Many times we worry that we will lose close relationships and that people won't accept us. In this interactive workshop, you will have the opportunity to explore your attitudes and communication patterns associated with your own boundaries, as well as ways how to deal with them. The reality is that in every situation we have a choice about how we behave - the decision and freedom to do so is ours alone.

The aim of the workshop is:
  • learn more about your feelings and how to deal with them,
  • learn ways to say "no",
  • learn to set boundaries,
  • finish the conversations,
  • learn to convey a clear message.
Other benefits:
  • support of transparent relationships,
  • the ability to communicate authentically,
  • better sense of self and higher self-esteem,
  • less stress and internal pressure.

Workshop on the topic of conflict "Conflict as Opportunity"

Most of us would prefer to avoid conflict, just so we don't have to risk losing emotional security, good relationships, or power and benefits.

However, conflicts can also be seen as an opportunity to learn more about oneself or relationships while maintaining one's own authenticity.

At the workshop you will have the opportunity to learn about the role of emotions in our lives, how to work with intense feelings in escalated situations, ways to bring them into everyday conflicts, and how to maintain quality relationships in all of this.

At the workshop we will take a closer look at:
  • the importance of emotions in our lives,
  • possibilities of dealing with intense emotional experiences,
  • setting your boundaries,
  • conflict management techniques.
Benefits of worskhop:
  • the ability to create a healthy atmosphere of curiosity and dialogue, even on sensitive topics,
  • clarification of doubts and misunderstandings,
  • readiness to handle challenging relationship situations,
  • reducing the level of stress and anxiety associated with conflicts,
  • naming difficult or painful topics,
  • accelerating change,
  • improving and deepening relationships
