About me.
I am a psychologist, registered in the Slovak Chamber of Psychologists, registered in the list of psychotherapists of the Slovak Republic, lecturer, member of the Institute of Process-Oriented Psychology and the Institute of Emotion-Focused Therapy.

Professional guidance of individuals and groups.
In my work, I use a process-oriented psychology approach, which is specific in that it follows the clients exactly where they are. It is important for me to follow the client's process, to be guided by their wisdom, to perceive, in addition to what is said, the more subtle signals - the body, dreams, coincidences or accidents, addictions, symptoms, but also the nature of the clients' relationships or the signals that come to the client from the world.
It is process-oriented psychotherapy that has expanded my awareness to the socio-cultural factors that influence us (gender, background, privilege, power, disadvantage); by being aware of them and sensitive to them, I want to help clients sensitise themselves and society.
I consider altered states of consciousness to be one of the important sources of wisdom and an opportunity to connect with oneself and the world in a different quality, in a different depth, by connecting with what transcends the client and what can be an important source of strength and knowledge. This is why I incorporate meditation, visualization, and connecting with the client's deep and spiritual experiences into my work.
I also use the Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) approach in my individual work with clients. This type of work aims precisely at places of great emotional pain so it can be transformed by using self-compassion, softness and inner understanding. This type of work invites clients to get in touch with their pain, expanding clients' capacity to feel and bear even difficult feelings.
Work experience.
During my studies I worked with people working in the sex business and drug abuse within the framework of OZ Odyseus.
After graduation I worked in a clinical-psychological outpatient clinic in the Czech town of Most. After returning to Slovakia, I worked as a psychologist in a resocialization facility and for more than 5 years I worked in a consulting company Human Dynamic, as a lecturer and psychologist.
I am currently engaged in my own practice with individual clients and couples, I am a co-founder and coordinator of the OZ Centre for Therapeutic Services, I act as a mentor and trainee therapist for students of process-oriented psychology within the Institute of Process-Oriented Psychology, and I am a co-founder of the Institute of Emotion-Focused Therapy (both in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic).
